Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys (numeric block!):
NUMPAD0 -trainer menu
NUMPAD1 -immortality
NUMPAD2 -unlimited ammo
NUMPAD3 -super speed
NUMPAD4 -shooting teammates makes recover health
