Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to take advantage of the following facilities:
F2 -maximum level of motivation
F3 -the maximum level of aspiration
F4 -get 1000 points of aspiration
F5 -get 1000 Simoleonów
F6 -get 50,000 Simoleonów
