Upload the trainer to the directory where the game is installed, run it, and then run the game. During the game, use the following keys:
1 -unlimited hit points (health)
2 -unlimited ammunition and grenades
3 -the "freezing" of opponents (stand calmly and do not shoot)
Note: Use the keys on the numeric keypad.
