Unzip the contents of the archive, run the trainer, and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
F2 -unlimited amount of Ammo
F3 -you do not need to reload weapons
F4 -infinite number of grenades
F5 -immortality
F6 -indestructible means of transport
F7 -damaging of enemy
F8 -$ 1000
F9 -1000 weapons parts
F10 -1000 's of auto parts
