| This is a Matroska Pack for minimalists who hate bloated codec packs. Lazy Man's MKV will install only 3 DirectShow filters (Matroska Splitter, RealMedia Splitter and VSFilter). If you prefer the official playback pack, make sure to install only the filters you need.<br><br>Installing random filters/codecs without thought could mess up your computer! Just because MKV is great, doesn't mean you should install all the components. For instance, most people won't need the FLAC decoder.<br><br>There is nothing wrong with the Matroska Full Install Pack if you uncheck the items you don't need. That way your DirectShow system won't be bloated needlessly.
