There seems to be no end to the Covid madness in China. After all the bizarre scenes we saw there, this one might be the most bizarre. The Chinese authorities have introduced a rule that all fishermen must be vaccinated before they set sail, and while at sea they must be tested every day. And as if that wasn't crazy enough, all fishermen and all the fish and crabs they bring in must be tested again upon returning to port!

In this case, we can ask several logical questions. First, if the vaccine is effective, why do fishermen have to be tested every day? And secondly, if we know that Covid is a respiratory (lung) disease, why on earth are fish and crabs tested - animals that do not have lungs?

We ask all local experts and epidemiologists, as well as "big scientists" who are very vocal in the media, to answer these questions. But unfortunately we know that there is no answer, because in the Covid pandemic we have said goodbye to logic a long time ago, as well as to common sense.

Check out this totally bizarre video from China where health workers in isolation suits test live fish that have just been caught in the ocean. They shove chopsticks into their mouths and rub the crabs' shells with them.
