This is a fix for pe ople who use Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or newer versions of the OS and are experiencing unnaturally low framerates (like sub 30 FPS)
Instructions:
Copy DDRAW.dll in the game folder (Will Rock\bin\) from this archive, depending on your OS version.
