Image editing and effects
PhoXo is an image editing software that supports layers, batch processing, image masks, filters and more than 50 special effects, as well as a variety of useful editing tools for cropping, retouching, color adjustments and more.
The program can be used to edit and enhance your photos with traditional methods like sharpening, level adjustments, red-eye correction etc., and you can use the effect tools to get creative and insert shadow text, speech bubbles, fade effects, gradients, image frames, clipart objects and more.
PhoXo includes a collection of picture frames, clipart, masks and stamps, with additional resources available online.

It's a simple little app, but does a lot of the common tasks one needs in a paint program, comes with a bunch of cute funny icons too. Recommended |
